    Monthly management fee for CRM. Includes weekly and monthly reporting.

  • PRE-LEASING - ONLINE LEADS MANAGEMENT $2,000-$3,000/mth

    Concierge impact and involvement 3 months prior to engage, warm and qualify leads.
    This includes tracking trends, requests and market alignment.

  • ACTIVE LEASING - STAFFING $6500-$8,500/mth

    1.5 to 2 site team members for 6 days/week and 45/week on-site hours.
    Open to discussion to cater to project needs.

  • ACTIVE LEASING - LEASING CONSULTING FEES $1500/mth

    Fee is scaled based on the client's expected service and time commitments.

For the last 20 years, I have built a successful career on selling and leasing both new and previously owned single family and multifamily homes. Starting in 2005 I was fortunate to mentor under some of Edmonton’ top real estate professionals who taught me the intricacies of the industry.

Drawing on this experience, I have been able to craft a highly effective selling/leasing system that has became the backbone of our proprietary selling system: SaleStream.
