Tessa Blair
Tessa grew up on a farm in Alberta, which means she knows how to work hard and tell the truth. She moved to Calgary in 2007 with a BSc from the University of Alberta, built her career in data analytics, and went on to co-found a real estate advertising agency before focusing full-time on helping people buy and sell homes.
With nearly 20 years of experience and a background that spans data, marketing, and real estate, she brings something most people in this industry don’t have — the ability to price smartly, market beautifully, and communicate clearly at every step.

Shanna Lin
Shanna was born in China, finished high school in Melbourne, and studied at the University of Saskatchewan before making Calgary home. That international background shapes everything about how she works — she brings a global perspective to a local market, and she connects with clients from all walks of life in a way that’s rare.
She spent years working with one of Calgary’s top home builders before moving into sales, which means she knows quality construction and good design from the inside out. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, she works with a wide range of buyers and is known for making the process feel personal, attentive, and genuinely enjoyable.
